The team at Bliss Solar is committed to the health and the safety of our customers and installation team. As such we believe in using (Best Practices) overall. The COVID-19 virus has created difficult times for everyone and we understand your concerns.
As a company we are following the recommended government and state guidelines and have daily team updates to ensure we are executing required proper methods. In a normal setting the installation of solar panels typically takes place on the roof with limited exposure at a distance of greater than (6 feet).
We are taking precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors as follows:
- We advise all workers not to come to work or any jobsite if presenting symptoms or if they are generally sick and advise them to contact their medical professional.
- We advise employees and contractors to take every precaution including following (Best Practices) such as social distancing, constant hand washing, cleaning and sanitizing of office, equipment and electronic devices.
- We advise our staff to avoid non-critical business travel.
In terms of sales, we offer both phone and video consultations to provide you with the information necessary to build your long term trust. Moreover, we can present illustrations through video-conferencing as well as DocuSign software so you never have to leave your home to make sure the process of going solar is trouble-free and uncomplicated.
